Creative Writing piece

In the bright blue foamy ocean water, camouflage stingrays and colorful fish swim beneath my eyes. The crystal clear, salty water looked like it was from the end of the earth. You can hear the waves, crashing and booming like thunder against the rocks and sand. Nearby, you can hear little children screaming for ice-cream to refresh themselves. I can feel the cool breeze blowing my hair back from my soaking wet face. It was one hundred degrees outside and I was parched. Salt water is not good for drinking.

It was a warm Friday, and I was on vacation with my family. Running a little late to an important spa day with my mom, I fell while trying to not be late. I was in such a shock that I lay on the ground waiting for help to come. Finally my mom turned around and realized that I was resting there breathless, and didn’t know what to say. Even though I was in pain, getting a spa treatment was far more significant. By the end of the day, I made myself feel better by drinking lattes.
I ended up learning that even though, you may think that something terrible has happened to you, you can always make it better.
